Foobar - Free
Foobar2000 is a lightweight audio player. It plays MP1, MP2, MP3, MP4, MPC, AAC, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC / Ogg FLAC, WavPack, WAV, AIFF, AU, SND, CDDA, WMA formats. http://www.foobar2000.org

Shortkeys
With shortkeys you don’t have to type repetitive texts anymore, you simply set a hotkey for any text and it would automatically type the pre-entered text. For example, when emailing somebody my blog url I just type .a1 and it would type http://www.adesblog.com for me. It will save time for you, tons of time! http://www.shortkeys.com

ZVolume
ZVolume Pro is a nice, powerful replacement to the standard Windows Volume Control. It can be vastly customized, including changing its look using skins. http://www.shelltoys.com

GOMplayer is a FREE media player with popular audio & video codecs built-in. GOM Player includes many codecs (XviD, DivX, FLV1, AC3, OGG, MP4, H263 and more) so you won’t need to install separate codecs for most videos.

Along with different media format such as AVI, MPG, MPEG and DAT, GOM Player also supports streaming Windows media format (WMV, ASF, ASX).

After I have used GOM player, I have uninstalled all the other media players and codec packs from my PC (and my PC said finally! ;). Thanks to Arstan for letting me know about this great media player.

CSS Tab Designer is a freeware that let you visually make css-based menus or tabs. There are more than 60 different styles and colors included in the library. It can also generate strict xhtml compliant codes for your menus.

With this software you can backup your files and folders to your email. After you install the program it will add additional menu option to your right click. To backup a file just right click on the file and choose “Backup to Email” from the menu. When backing up folders, they will be automatically zipped. Files larger than 10MB (which many free emails do not accept files larger than 10MB) will automatically split to pieces and sent.
