Six months old CareerRamblings.com has been sold for $20,000. Wow! Probably the new owner does not want people to know, that the blog has been sold and changed the owner. Because the auction page at SitePoint had been taken down, and there has been no statement about the sale on CareerRamblings itself.

I believe the
previous authors of the blog, started the blog with the intention of selling it off at one point. Because six months is a very short time for any project, and anyone who wants to take the project to next level, will at least work on it few years.
My question is, do you blog because you want to flip your blog in the future? Or do you blog, because you love blogging? Or maybe you have your other reasons? Please share your thoughts on this.
P.S. Kumiko has more info on the CareerRamblings’ sale.
