Sun Tzu, in the Art of War, summed it up quite succinctly, by saying “Know thy enemy”
If you know what the competition is doing there is no guesswork involved in plotting to overthrow them.

Staying on top of my competition is hugely important to me. This majestic seo is… my kind of seo. You’re the man for posting this and not seo info on basics like browser titles and stuff. I will be adding this to my back of tactically seo work.

Ades, I didn’t write this comment above: “Awesome it helps lots to promote a website getting the details of competitor.” It appears that someone at **** is spamming your blog using names of other commenters. Sometimes they do this to take advantage of an older version of the Top Commenters plugin, which allows a link to their site when using the name of someone already listed under Top Commenters. I just thought you might like to know.

I never knew this about majestic SEO, I am only using the majestic seo button from seobook toolbar and I end up only on having the data about root domains that links to my site. I think I should check this function also, thanks for this information.

All I can say is WOW. This way we can certainely narrow down and cut short lot of our time. A product’s success now lies in the hands of good partners and now a days getting salesy affiliates is a challenge. Though we may have wonderful product, but if we do not have enough affiliate we are doomed. This trick effectively helps us to find, narrow down our competitor and watch their back so closely.
Ades, I really appreciate you for linking to some other person’s idea rather pulling and writing a new post for yourself. Thanks mate.

This is a timely post for me. We are about to launch an affiliate program for our website. It would be extremely useful to discover the affiliates of our competitors. At the very least, we could contact those people asking them to join our affiliate program too. Also we can see what kind of banners and links they use. Very cool!

I’ve just stepped into the affiliate marketing field early last month and I learned that choosing the right affiliate product to promote and the least competitor would be better.
Majestic would help anyone who is really interested in affiliate marketing.
Thanks for sharing this Ades!
