daniel scocco launched a members only retweet club with initial 100 members. objective of the club is to collect like minded people and promote each others’ blogs/sites/products on twitter. i think this will be a hit. excited to be in the club.

Great concept, and congratulations on your admittance to this retweet club. Is the membership going to remain at 100, and what are the pre-requisites for membership?
@MM, he started with 100 so that it’s easier to manage in the beginning, this is until he figures out how to make it work properly. it’s in beta in other words. he will be opening it for registration again in the future. pre-requisites were that you have a twitter account with at least 500 followers or you know him :)

This is a pretty good idea. Almost like your own private army of twitter users, each with their followers. I know I want in!

Without wanting to go down the route of spamming, I’m finding it hard to get 500 followers to be honest. Just hit 395 after four months!

Well such clubs are very useful because it is a nice way to meet many peoples and different minds which is very important to get better suggestion and information.

This is a great idea. There are already a lot of social media exchange right now, so the concept is proven to work.
