If you need a simple contact form for your WP blog, plugins like Secure and Accessible PHP Contact Form are great.
But if you want more advanced contact form with tons of customization options (eg; upload file option, see screenshot) look no further than cforms-II by Nicky. It’s a great plugin with many features, I won’t be listing all the features here.
Again, it’s little more work to setup this plugin compared to other simpler plugins, but for someone who is looking for specific features, it’s worth it.

Hi, i have a free wordpress blog. I have added the widgets that come in the widget section. But how do i add widgets that are from third parties such as clustrmaps? If free wordpress blogs don’t allow that, which free blog service allows that ?
I need this though my blog is new and it’s my first time entering this blogging world.

Hi ades, Im new here in your blog. actually im trying to find plugins that will help me improve my blog and I think this is a good one. Thanks for plugin I will use this eventually.
Secure PHP contact access plug in is really useful and handy too. I often felt the need of upload button for one of my blogs as I suggest the readers to upload the videos relating to the post (which is moderated though). So this seems to be an end to my search.
You have always provided some useful and worthy plugin for WP like this one.
Are there any plugin that upload jpeg, png and gif?

That’s a pretty cool contact page plugin, where you can setup options where people can upload attachments. My only fear would be security issues of people uploading “malicious” files, hehe. But.. I guess this type of form would be appropriate for some websites!

I’ve been using the cforms plugin for WordPress for a number of years, and it has always worked great. It’s simple and customizable, which is perfect for small or large blogs. It also can log all form submissions into a MySQL table so you have a record for the future.
