WordPress as FAQ Management System

    FAQ Tastic is a free WordPress plugin to create and manage FAQs on your site. With multiple FAQs for various sections, this plugin is a great way of giving your users the answers to the most common questions that have been asked while allowing them to submit new ones. Users can also be notified automatically by email when their question has been approved or rejected.

    Wordpress really is becoming more than just blogging software. It is so expandable and there is a plethora of plugins that can extend it to be whatever you need.

    Try the WP DS FAQ plugin from diamond steel. This is the best FAQ plugin I have used so far

    Faq system may be useful but emailing system not. Because if you sent much mails email servers can drop your mails to spam folders. Especially hotmail is carefull in this point. Thanks for your article.
