Top Commenters: April 2009

Thank you for the top commenters for the month of April, they were: titan, Ties UK, Best Teeth Whitening, cdl test, CSS web design finder, iPhone, Minnesota Attorney, Web Design, Marisha Adams and Marketing Man.

Notice: Those who have spammed the blog with tens of comments in one day just to get into the top list were removed from the list. In this list, regular readers and regular commenters are given priority.

This doesn’t mean that you cannot comment on more than one post in one day, the fact is you can! But I am talking about those who come on the last few days of the month and spam-comment the blog just to be in the list. The rest of the days of the month they are nowhere to be seen on the blog. This won’t work here my friends.

P.S @Ties UK, you have given your email in the URL field, do you want it to be linked to your email?

Are you a dofollow blog? Do you not mind that people use their keywords as names? I don’t do the keyword for a name thing because it makes me feel like a spammer. I do use a plug-in on a lot of my sites though, called Keyword luv…so for example instead of my name being “Lose weight for free” it can be “chelle @ lose weight for free” – I like using it, but some feel like it invites more spammers. I get the spammers either way though, so I’d rather use it than not. You can check out how it works on my site.

  9. I’ve tried all that I can to discourage spammer but nothing seems to help. I finally came to terms with the fact that if I’m to stay in the blogging business, spammers come with the territory.
