    Do you not think Jakob Nielson is living a little in the past. A great visionary no doubt but however accessible the site is, people would just not come back.

    i think usability must be there on every website, be it good sticky site or a site with bad boring content. i think he makes sense. we shouldn’t use usability as a promotion tool to attract visitors, then it will make more sense.
