    It was for a tv program that they are developing, not for website. Basically they were gathering data/info on web design companies and their challenges at the moment. i said human capital was the most important issue for web design companies. it is ever difficult to find talented and creative web designers, more difficult to retain them.

    i think in this sense, silicon valley is the best example. in asia, we are too behind, most companies think of only cost-cutting.
