PayPal has a blog, mmhh… now you can complain directly to CEO

paypal_blog.pngWe know that it is almost impossible to get hold of anybody from paypal. Most of their emails are also auto-generated, making it difficult to voice your opinion and send feedback.

But, now it seems like there is a window of opportunity for everyone to talk to them directly. Apparently they have official blog (which I didn’t know) since August 2007.

So fire it away, your comments, suggestions, complains…etc to http://www.thepaypalblog.com

I’ll reserve judgment on them answering anything until the next time I need help.

I have very bad experience with PayPal, I prefer MoneyBookers instead. This will be great chance to ask them few questions. Company with such bad customer service very easily lose clients.

  3. They’ll soon disable comments after receiving complaints, just my opinion anyway.

Never needed to voice any concerns till now. Have had a smooth sailing with them. But a sure good option for whenever required.

  5. Thank God. Finally some ray of hope!

Nice! – I’ve had success emailing them (just 1 time so far) but like the fact that they have a blog that allows us to voice opinions and comments.

Every time I email them our spoof (scam) emails they get back but it’s an auto email so that’s not saying too much.

MMO, I guess you are right. Most probably they will disable comments if they start to receive too many complains.

  8. It’s better to ask support then write in comments.
