Thanks! I will check out the ebook
It’s a nicely formated ebook, but Caroline, I think falls into the fatal flaw of the myth of the long-tail. Moreover, while the tech side of setting up the site (not a blog, a site) with WordPress is fine, there seems to be an awful lot hinging on Google Adsense. Does anyone these days really want to be beholden to Google? I certainly don’t. Then there’s a brief mention of affiliate links…hmmm. There are many approaches to making money on the web, some are very effective, some are not. I honestly don’t think this download, while worth a look, is going to make anyone rich.

I will check it ;)
I’ve just read the book. It is not meant to create or maintain a blog. It’s for creating a niche static website using wordpress.
It’s a good brief ebook. Good work! Credit to Caroline who took all the trouble to provide this piece of information. As a person who has a little bit experience on wordpres, I can read and understand the book fast. But, for those who have not yet use wordpress (like me when I began using it), I may still have problems understanding and digesting it.
Conclusion, it’s a good ebook and I recommend reading it if we want to make money from niche sites.
Numerous e-book formats emerged and proliferated, some supported by major software companies such as Adobe’s PDF format, and others supported by independent and open-source programmers. Multiple readers naturally followed multiple formats, most of them specializing in only one format, and thereby fragmenting the e-book market even more. Due to exclusiveness and limited readerships of e-books, the fractured market of independents and specialty authors lacked consensus regarding a standard for packaging and selling e-books. E-books continued to gain in their own underground markets.
As a beginner, I’ve been helped a lot by Caroline’s blog and the information she provides. Glad to see her mentioned here.
