Losing weight while blogging
If you have been gaining weight lately (i have), then you should read The Blogger Proof Workout, Vol. 1
that was written by Israel of FatManUnleashed.com. Israel had started his blog as the last attempt to loose weight. At the same time, he will be blogging about his progress.
It’s a seven page free ebook that has some innovative workouts that you can do right at your blogging space.
But some rules like “Received email: 5 pushups” wouldn’t work for me, because I get so much of email everyday, if I were to do 5 pushups for every email received, I would have to make mushups the rest of my life non-stop. But I guess the point is, to use your blogging environment to help you loose weight.
It’s an entertaining and funny ebook, look forward to the second volume.

Friend of mine had a medical where they couldn’t get a body fat reading he was so thin. Beer and pies has cured that problem over the years and I think he finally got up to 2% body fat.

Personally, I try to maintain a balanced diet and the fact that I am also running a brick&mortar business does help me stay in shape. After I let my children take over and focus entirely on my online projects however, that’s when things can get tricky.

Alan, still… having a healthy diet so far, you should be commended for it!

Thanks for the mention Ades. The ebook isnt meant to replace a real workout routine. It’s just meant as a stepping stone in the right direction towards more physical activity.

Losing.
Not loosing.

Ades, indeed, the fact that I have changed my eating habits for quite a while helps, but after I let go of my brick&mortar business, it is important that I do not let my lifestyle become sedentary.

As a computer programmer it gets tough to workout some days but sometimes you just have to put on the rocky theme music and hit the gym
