One way to increase your blog readers is to submit your RSS feed to RSS aggregators, blog directories and blog search engines (besides posting quality posts and letting your RSS grow naturally).
However, there is no harm to be proactive and let the people know about your blog. Here is a list of blogs who made a roundup of sites that allow you to submit your RSS feed for free. Most of them do not need any registration, just enter your RSS url and press “submit”.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will check them out. I checked my feed subs the other morning and for some reason lost 1/2 of what I had the day before. Granted I don’t have many yet but I was surprised to see that big of a drop overnight. Thanks again.

Scott I think it’s a temporary loss of RSS count (i hope). I do see 10-60 difference of my RSS count daily.
