oDesk has started its own affiliate program. oDesk is a site where you can post web projects and hire programmers.
When you refer a new user — either a Buyer or Provider — and he or she spends or earns $1,000 on oDesk, you get paid $50. One thousand dollars sounds a lot, but considering that the average medium-sized web project costs more than $1000, you could make that $50 very easily. I think this affiliate program would work well on web development related websites.
