WidgetBucks, another Chitika?
New publisher program similar to Chitika has just been launched today. It’s called WidgetBucks. I had the privilege to view it pre-launch, but they were too quick to launch it. They sent out these invitations to some bloggers just before the launch, 2 and half hours to be exact.
When I viewed the email, the site was already launched.
How it looks?Here is how it looks, I know it looks like a Chitika MiniMalls. But it looks a lot better than Chitika, because of the animation I guess.
Banner Sizes
They have the following banner formats: 468×60, 728×90, 160×600, 300×250, and one huge format which is 660×330 pixels in size.
Making money
Just like Chitika, it’s a PPC (pay-per-click) program. You will get paid for every click on the banners.
$25 Bonus on Sign-Up
When you sign up, your account will be credited with free $25. Withdrawal limit is set to $50. So that means if you make another $25, you will be able to withdraw your first payment.
Will it work?
I think it will work depending on the niche of the website. I am sure it will work great on eShop sites, especially in Digital Camera, Hardware, Game Console related sites.
Will I use it?
This type of programs do not perform well on this blog. So I don’t think I will be using it on this blog, maybe I will try it on my other sites.

WidgetBucks says it’s okay to display with Google ads.
