PayPal Limited Account Access: Restored

After sending two batches of documents to paypal, finally today my PayPal account has been restored. It’s a good news for me, no it’s a great news. Because it has been restored just before I am about to receive my payments. Unfortunately few payments have already bounced back. But that’s a small matter.

    It means that during this time, you can send, receive or withdraw your funds until it’s fully restored. Usually it happens when PayPal thinks there is something suspicious with your transactions. In my case it happened because I withdrew with a debit card that they thought was suspicious, they always think that. Because they do not have withdrawal options for certain countries. And when people from these countries find a way to withdraw their funds, Paypal starts to investigate them.

    What are the documents that did you send to paypal ades ? What is the purpose,you need to send the document, ?? to ensure regarding your malaysia address ?

    I am not sure if I can disclose that setiawans, but basically documents were sent to confirm the current address and legitimacy of some of the transactions.

    I use my Paypal debit card all the time to withdraw my money from my Ebay auctions but it’s only from within the US. I hope this never happens to me.

    what the email or fax of paypal to send my documents ? please give me email of faximile number of paypal because my account has been limited too

    Indra, they will contact you and tell you what to do to resolve this issue, they should contact you within a week. All required documents you will upload to your paypal account.

    my account has been limited for 33 days and they not contact me.
    in 27 feb 2008 i recieve payment from easy-share.com $300 .. and then paypal limited my account why..? i upload my drive license and my documents to service@int.paypal.com why the paypal no realese my limited account ?
    do you have the fax number give me the number please…

    i do not have any fax number. you may contact them through their blog thepaypalblog.com if you can’t reach them through other means, or if they didn’t contact you regarding your account, and why it was frozen.
