WordPress Plugin: Reveal incoming links on your blog

Posted in » WordPress - by Ades on July 31st, 2007

In WordPress normally when you login to your blog, you will see incoming links in the dashboard as shown in the screenshot above. This plugin (Who Link Here 0.2) will allow you to display these links outside on your blog. After you have activated the plugin, by just entering the following code anywhere in your WordPress theme:

< ? php tech_links (“apikey”, “num.enlaces”)?>

you will display all the latest blogs that link to you.

Author’s blog is in Spanish, so the link given above has been translated using Google’s auto translation service. Original url of the blog is www.artux.com.ar/?p=61 Great plugin indeed, if you want to share some link-love to the ones who link to you, this is the plugin you need! As for me, I might use this once my contest is over.

I can imagine sites with a high Google PageRank, such as your own, would see a huge increase in backlinks if they used this plugin. If John Chow used it, people might stop fighting for a Top Commentators position and just link to him instead, reducing the number of pointless comments he gets.

I am bit agree with “Spaud” on this. But now Top commenters Blogs are being very famous, and really one who gonna active here will get some good juice with respecting blog owners. And that’s great done by all UBD team.
