300+ Free Icons, Professionally Designed

Wait! Before you download them, look at the terms. It’s only for applications and websites that run on ASP. It says:
-
“You agree to use the icons presented on this website with ASP.NET, Mono, and ASP web applications (websites) only. The use of the icons on web applications (websites) built on PHP, Perl, ColdFusion and other platforms is not allowed.”
Too bad all my websites run on php. No harm to download and keep them for your next ASP based project. www.aspneticons.com

The author is actually a really nice guy. I sent him an email about 6 months ago and asked for permission to use them in a cf app. He re issued me a download with a new license. If you are interested in his icons I would just send him an email.

That’s very nice of him, Dan. Thanks for letting us know.
So guys if you really like his icons, drop him a line and ask permission.

Ades, thanks for sharing. I do develop in asp.net and I am always looking for good icons to use in my apps.
Btw, http://www.iconlet.com/ is a great place to find icons.

Blog Money, the other site I knew for free icons is http://www.iconfinder.net, but it is down, unfortunately. Does anybody know any other free resource for quality icons?

they’ve managed to convince me to ditch Coldfusion and do everything in ASP.Net just so I can get these uber cool icons…. nah not really

Hmmm … think I’ll stick with http://www.famfamfam.com/ - those icon’s don’t even appear to be anti-aliased!

Well I suppose with CF8, technically with .net integration native now you could claim the site is partially .net, how many lines would it take anyway ;-)
