Pingdom.com - Free website loading-time test tool

Pingdom is a nice tool to test your website’s loading-time. In reference to the post below, I have tested the blog with and without Nuffnang scripts. And guess what, Nuffnang scripts increased the loading time more than 100%.
From the test results I saw that Nuffnang for some reason kept referring back to their server, with multiple connections. Whereas advertlets’ script had only one connection and loaded pretty fast. See below:

If you are using Nuffnang script on your blog, you might want to check it too.

because people won’t review is ClrPicker ;)
Also, being a PR7 would increase the risk of spam. :(
Of course, he could try it for 1 week to see how it goes.
Btw, nice free tool if you suspect a slowdown

Nice tool. I gave up on Nuffnang too. I don’t think it is worth it anyway.

I would also recommend this online free tool: http://Site-Perf.com/
It measure loading speed of page and it’s requisites (images/js/css) like browsers do and shows nice detailed chart - so you can easily spot bottlenecks.
Also very useful thing is that this tool is able to verify network quality of your server (packet loss level and ping delays).
