LinkExchange2.0 - Technorati Fav Exchange
Dosh Dosh has been experimenting on Technorati Favorites Exchange, in order to enter Technorati Top 100 and increase the readership. Many users on Technorati are already creating link exchange programs, and have listed them in various participating blogs (one is here).
Some bloggers report that their they have jumped thousands of ranks after joining this link exchange programs.
Favorit’ing each others blog is not against the Technorati program policy, at least not for now. I think Technorati will be having a tough time figuring out a solution for this new phenomenon. So while it’s new and hot, why don’t you join the bandwagon and increase your Technorati Rank? Good Luck!

To achieve top position in google you have to be properly optimizing your site in specific keywords. Another valuable point to achieve top rank is link popularity.
To get positive response from your link exchange partner you have to design a section for partners link placement and that section PR must have to be atleast PR2.
