Above is the example of how BritePic can be used to enhance your images. You can add title (caption) for the image, add watermark (watermark can be any image; logo, blog name..etc). Small menu will be added in the left-lower corner of the image by default.

Previously in beta version, BritePic is now live and accessible by all. It is a product of AdBrite and if you have account with AdBrite you can access it under For Publishers tab inside the members area.

In order to generate a code for your image, you will need to login to AdBrite and go to BritePic section, where you can specify the image URL, caption text, and choose any other settings that you want to include in the image. You don’t have to upload your images, you can just point to the image location on the net. Image will be wrapped inside a flash format and displayed as .swf file. Since 98.3 percent of the web users have flash player on their PCs, viewing your images should not be a problem for the users.

Ads on your image

I think the real intention of AdBrite in developing this free service is to show ads on the images. When you are setting up the image there are Keywords and Ads Option as shown below:

So if you insert keywords that describe your image and if you select “Yes, show ads” option then there will be ads shown on your images. Since the service is under Publishers section I am guessing you will get some money for showing ads (per CPM?) or if someone clicks on the ads (per CPC).

P.S: Photo of my son was taken by my friend Hanafi who is in the professional photography and business card printing business.
