It should be within the text of your post, that means you have to write a relevant post that will somehow cover the topic of the link. You do not need to write anything about the site directly, just a link within a post with a specified anchor text will be sufficient.
Downside of this is when you get 3-4 links at one time, and that they are not related to each other or not even in the same category. That means you have to come up with new posts just put those links in them. I am not sure if you can put the links in old posts that are related. I think ReviewMe is a better option when it comes to this, because through ReviewMe firstly you get paid more for each post and secondly you can at least write about (review) the site or the product.
The advantage of Contextual Links @ V7N is that you can post more links at one time and that means more money within a short period of time. Because for ReviewMe you need to wait until someone really wants you to review his/her site. For V7N, they will be sending you the links every day or every few days whenever they are available. And that’s because advertisers do not have the option to choose the blogs.
