You might be aware that some of PayPal’s international users are still can’t withdraw their funds, they can only withdraw to US bank accounts. Recent introduction of Debit Card by PayPal had made many such users happy, unfortunately their happiness didn’t last long, because this debit card is not for everybody. And even worse it’s not for international users it’s mostly for US users. One of the features of PayPal Debit Card is that you can withdraw cash from your PayPal account at ATMs worldwide. This could be a great solution to the problem that international users are having, for now they have to use third party Debit Cards like VMDB.

yes if they distribute the card for international user it would be great
Ades, I am using Paypal for the last one and half years, and i usually get the payment by cheque; which takes arround 15-20 days to come to my address. as i am not from US so i can not use debit card facility. It would be really great if Paypal issues Debit cards for international users so that We (people from Non US countries) can also withdraw the money anytime.
Ashish, you are lucky you can get your funds by check, here in Malaysia paypal users cannot withdraw at all, even no checks for us.
Ohhh that really bad ades… Paypal should provide such facility in all the countries.
really benifitted by these information. but i’m an indian resident. so can u tell me the procedure to withdraw from paypal. i don’t have any bank account or any debit or credit cards. do i need to have any cards or accounts?
As for Malaysia & Paypal, its because financial transactions must be compliant to certain Malaysian Financial laws which Paypal cannot comply. The Central Bank of Malaysia is very specific about this.
If my e-store is own by Sdn Bhd, can i apply a debit card under a company name instead?
@Elena, I don’t think that’s possible. But please check with card issuers to verify.
Ashish,
