Popular video sharing site YouTube.com is being acquired by Google, Google has announced this in their official press release here. YouTube is worth $1.65 billion in stock. Google also has its own not so popular video sharing service Google.Videos, we all hope that Google will drop its own service and replace it with YouTube.
