Gliffy is a flash based diagram drawing tool, it has predefined patterns and objects for Flow Chart, Network, User Interface, Floor Plan, and Basic Shapes. You can save the diagrams in your account, share with others or even download them as image files. It’s still in beta version so it’s still FREE, later it’s going to have free version with less features and full version which you have to pay.
