PayLoadz is a cool online tool that enables you to sell your softwares and other electronic products for free. You upload the software to their server, get the HTML code and put it in your website and when people buy using this link the money will go to your PayPal account and a unique download link will be sent to their email to download the product. Pretty cool huh?
Basic Account is free, but it enables you to sell up to $100 per month only and you can upload up to 10MB of products only. payloadz offer an unreliable service in my opinion and aren’t interested in customer support. There are a few solutions out there now that allow you do sell downloads through paypal without paying an extra transaction fee or even worse, a monthly subscription.
I agree ,they are unreliable.I got embarassed a few times cutomers complaining of none functional links when the test link works.Anyway.What do you suggest better then payloadz?Regard george
Payloadz are very frustrating people to deal with. On the one hand they have a very flexible suite of packages and a functionally rich offering. On the other hand their attitude towards customers is pretty awful. Their replies to queries are always blunt and seldom answer your actual question. They move servers and break links without a thought for the effect on your business.
In short if it had a better approach to customer service it would be a real gem of a service. As it is, my business only remains with them because I haven’t yet found an alternative which offers the 15% of all sales and no monthly fee tarif.

I had an absolutely miserable experience with PayLoadz. Their support is slow and surly, and they don’t take customer concerns seriously at all. Worst of all, when I forwarded some emails from my customers complaining of errors, they simply deleted my account rather than addressing the issues, leaving me with dozens of broken digital product links on my site, and some very unhappy customers.
Avoid PayLoadz at all costs!
At first I was interested with Payloaz and about to join the premium one.
After seing your comments I think I have to search more.
However, the negative comments psycologically tend to show more, than those who really earn well from Payloadz
I use paypal to sell my products. I think you have to use it. It is very safe to sell it for sellers and buyers.
Yes and I to would like to throw in my payloadz.com rant. These guys shut down my account over some false claim that I was trademark infringing……I sell sound kits and I assure you all my trademarks are original because I designed them myself…It was some jealous prick who made the false claim…Anyway payloadz doesn’t even contact me they just take the person’s word for it and shuts down my account…..Mind you Payloadz have sellers that blatantly copyright infringe they have sellers on there selling Jay Z songs now how the hell do they keep their accounts active AMAZING RIGHT anyway Payloadz makes $30 – $60 from me depending on how much I sell a month….They don’t even have the consideration to email me and tell me anything or for that matter even give me a warning, f..king idiots, cut your nose off…..anyway I complained to them and asked them what was the trademark complaint they didn’t answer that question they just emailed me back saying we have reinstated your account, clear your browser cache. Yea I know you did because somebody was lying on me and you believed them……IDIOTS anyway I said screw this I can save money by taking my business elsewhere and that’s what I did, I found a better site a lot cheaper too only $55 a year sendspace.com also (tradebit.com is an alternative) and it does just what I need provided I set up my own paypal pay buttons……Anyway I’m not gonna bother with payloadz anymore since they don’t have the sense to email the guy that’s putting food in their mouths and investigate both parties I’ll take my business somewhere else and save tons of money in the process
