Xlibris gives you an opportunity to publish your own books. After it’s published it will be automatically listed in Amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com. If you have scripts that you have writen before than you can submit your script for a review. Who knows you could make lots of money.

I recently engaged Xlibris to publish my business book. Ultimately I asked for a refund and went with iUniverse. I ran into many problems with Xlibris including:
1. Non-responsive to inquiries
2. Premium pricing with substandard service
3. Very slow in production
4. Printer problems including ink on page and binding issues
5. Marketing package that was not tailored to my product
While they do have a good reputation, they may be suffering from complacency. Engage with caution.

I’m having same problems with Xilbris. They have slipped their own schedule and are non-responsive to inquiries. Do you have mgmt names that I can escalate these problems to?
Any help is appreciated.
